Senior Service Scholarship
Requirements for the Rotary Club of Downers Grove Service Scholarships are as follows:Â
- Must be a resident of Downers Grove and enrolled in a public or private high school.
- Must be a Graduating Senior pursuing a post-secondary program.
- Participate in service activities in school or the community.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities within service activities.
- Financial need is not a criterion for selection.
Trade Scholarship
The application for the Downers Grove Rotary Club Trade Scholarship for 2026 is now available! Scholarships will be awarded beginning at $1,000. The deadline for all applications is Friday, March 20, 2026. Applications will be accepted online through a Google form. Stay tuned.
Requirements for the Rotary Club of Downers Grove Trade Scholarships are as follows:
- You must be a graduating high school senior who lives within the geographical boundaries of Community High School District 99.
- You must be attending an accredited trade school or community college certificate program in 2026.
- Scholarships will not be awarded based on GPA or financial need.
Music Scholarship
The Rotary Club of Downers Grove will award Charles Dickerman Memorial Music Scholarships this spring to several high-school seniors. Each year since 2009, the Rotary Club has presented checks to deserving senior music students who live in Downers Grove or the District 99 high-school attendance area.
A Grand Award of $4,000 will be awarded, plus several additional scholarship awards! Applicants are asked to complete an online Google form application form (see button below) no later than Tuesday, March 17, 2026. A short and simple audition video is also required. Finalists will be selected and interviewed, and the scholarship winners will be announced by early May.
